Job Description
Position Overview:
We are looking for a detailed-oriented, positive and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our growing Medical Sales Team. The position offers the opportunity to work in a rapidly changing area of medical innovation. Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, the Sales Coordinator will contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting Business Account Managers, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales support in general sales enquiries by generating quotations, purchase orders and sales orders.
- Preparing and compiling sales offers for public tenders and private requests as required.
- Aiding in compiling sales reports, sales forecasts, budgets etc.
- Communication with suppliers and clients as well as with sales colleagues and other internal departments.
- Maintaining a suitable and organised filing system.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
Requirements for this position:
- A minimum ‘O’ Level standard of education including passes in English and Mathematics.
- A strong command of Microsoft office Tools with a proficiency in Microsoft Applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills in both English and Maltese.
- Organised and capable of working on own initiative as well as in a team environment.
- Good administrative, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Be smart and have a pleasant personality.
- Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered an asset.
- Experience working with Acumatica (A Cloud ERP Business Management System) will be considered an asset. Necessary training will be provided.
