Field Service Engineer / Technician

Position overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer / Technician to join our team in the Servicing department. Reporting to the Technical Operations manager, the candidate will play a crucial role in providing technical support to clients and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
Key responsibilities:
· Perform installations, preventive maintenance and qualifications.
· Identify problems, troubleshoot and resolve in a timely manner.
· Work independently and as part of a team.
· Write detailed records of service activities.
· Travelling abroad for manufacturer trainings as required.
Requirements & skills:
· Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science related fields.
· Intermediate level of English in language proficiency.
· Effective communication with clients and colleagues.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Familiarity with regulatory standards such as cGMP.
· EU Category B driving license.
